We are open 24 hours, 7 days of the week, 365 days of the year. Our staff are on hand 24 hours a day to assist you with any issues you might have. Find us on the ground floor of the multi storey car park.

Park Mark

Ashford International parking is an official Park Mark® Safer Parking facility, meaning you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the British Transport Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.

Here to Help

Our friendly staff are available 24/7 and are fully trained to assist with getting you moving if something goes wrong (including jump starting cars). They will also accompany you to your vehicle should you have any difficulty.

Complimentary RAC Cover

If our staff can't get your car going again, we've got complimentary RAC cover for all of our car park users to recover you to a garage or home within 10 miles.

Spaces

We have 1800 car parking spaces across three car parks: one multi storey and two overground (car parks D and E).

CCTV

Our car park is monitored by CCTV. We keep recordings for 28 days and all operatives are SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed.

Pick Up/Drop Off Zones

Pick Up and Drop Off spaces are available outside the station terminal or in any of the car parks.

Level 5 of the Multi Storey Car Park can be used for this purpose and benefits from a covered walkway directly to the Eurostar Departure Gate.

Parking is free in all areas for a maximum stay of 20 minutes.

Getting Here

It is a 3–5 minute walk from each of the Car Parks to the station. Lifts and escalators are provided for those with luggage or mobility concerns. There is a parking office on the ground floor of the MSCP and a desk on the station concourse should you require any assistance.

There is a pick up and drop off area located directly outside the station doors.

Height Restrictions

Car Park D – unrestricted.

Multi Storey Car Park and Car Park E – 2.0m
